Rancho Burica has a reputation for serving great meals! We don’t serve à la carte, but in the mornings and evenings you can join us for a classic ‘Rancho’ meal.
We have a set menu each day, but special meals such as vegetarian or kid’s menus are no problem. Our cook combines the best from the Costa Rican kitchen with typical Dutch influences and there is always plenty for everyone!
A very filling breakfast typically consists of a variety of fresh fruits, bread, eggs, rice & beans and good coffee or tea. Dinner is a satisfying array of fresh vegetables, rice, potatoes, fish or meat, and a good salad (preparations vary daily).   Afterwards, a sumptuous cappuccino or relaxing tea will be offered.
For lunch (or breakfast and/or dinner – but, seriously, you don’t want to miss out on enjoying the Rancho’s fare) you could choose to go to some of the places in Punta Banco or Pavones … or, you can buy something at the mini-super (small grocery story) in Punta Banco.
The price for breakfast is $7 and dinner is $10.  Breakfast is usually served around 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning (coffee commences roughly at 6 a.m.) to give guests, and management, an opportunity to, well, SURF with the rising of the sun over the jungle.
