JUNGLE TRIPS
Discover the Costa Rican jungle, by foot or by horseback, on one of the many trails surrounding the Rancho. You will see a lot of animals such as monkeys, birds and if you’re lucky a sloth.

HORSEBACK RIDING
Gallop over wide deserted beaches or make a trip through the jungle-covered hills over small trails to one of the native Indian villages.

SNORKELING
Swim around in the tide pools of the reef during low tide where you will find yourself alongside all kinds of tropical fish: moray eels, puffer fish, lobsters and many others.

LOCAL FIESTAS
Ticos like a good fiesta and some of them ride bulls like no other. This is definitely worth visiting.

TICO SOCCER
You will not find many villages in Costa Rica without a soccer field. Also near us, in Punta Banco, soccer is the game to play. If you want to join in: No problema!

SUNSET WALKS
Enjoy nature around you and especially the really beautiful sunsets at the Rancho Burica.

SURFING
Right at the Rancho Burica and many places along the shore all the way to Pavones (home of one of the world’s longest left-breaking waves).

MASSAGE and/or REIKI
Available onsite, by appointment from one of the Rancho’s own managers (over 10 years of experience).  A portable treatment table is available to offer a variety of session locations.  Ask for Charlotte / Carlota.

LOUNGING
Experience the power of relaxing … in a warm/hot tide pool, on the sand, on a lounge chair, or in a hammock.  Bring a book(s) or borrow one of ours.

PHOTOGRAPHY
The boundless possibilities and multitudinous opportunities are only limited by your own creativity (and, I suppose, your equipment).  Have fun!!!
