Jungle trips

Discover the Costa Rican jungle by foot or by horseback on one the trails surrounding the Rancho. You will see a lot of animals such as monky's, birds and if you're lucky a sloth.

Horse riding

Galop over wide deserted beaches or make a trip through the jungle covered hills over small trails to one of the native Indian villages.

Snorkling

Swim around in the tide pools of the reef with low tide, where you will find yourself between all kinds of tropical fish: murray eals, poffer fish, lobsters and many others.

Local fiestas

Tico's like a good fiesta and some of them ride bulls like no other. This is definitely worth visiting.

Tico soccer

You will not find many villages in Costa Rica without a soccerfield. Also near us in Punta Banco soccer is the game to play. If you want to join in: No problema!

Sunsets

Enjoy nature around you and espescially the really beautiful sunsets on the Rancho Burica. (This picture was taken on the evening of 31 December 1999).
